HOA Community Maintenance

Shepherd HOA's Maintenance and Field Support Team are always on call to conduct property inspections and coordinate landscape reviews with vendors and/or board members. Our method guarantees accountability and upholds the highest standards of maintenance excellence.

Our team is prepared to handle emergencies around the clock, every day of the week. We have established a comprehensive system for the prompt and effective resolution of issues, which includes:

Immediate dispatch of communication upon receipt, through both phone call and email, to the appropriate vendor.

After the job is completed, the Maintenance Coordinator compiles a report detailing the inspection or repair outcomes.

The work order report, including details and confirmation of completion, is presented at the subsequent board meeting.

HOA Covenant Compliance Coordination

Our Maintenance and Field staff also conduct regular inspections and arrange for landscape reviews with vendors and/or board members to ensure compliance with the community's Rules and Regulations and CC&Rs. Inspections are carried out promptly, with comprehensive reports generated, including photographic evidence of any issues identified. Immediate follow-up on compliance reminders occurs after each community visit, with an additional maintenance report provided at the board's discretion alongside the monthly management report.

All communications regarding community standards reminders are handled between the homeowner and Shepherd HOA's team, allowing the Board of Directors to focus on fostering strong community relationships without being directly involved in the compliance process.
